My husband and I are a young couple and have dealt with nothing but aggravation and scrutiny since moving in a few months ago.

Just after moving in, after the cable change, we started seeing adult videos being rented on our ppv, in which we were NOT renting.

We then found maintenance keys in our couch and reported it to Carol, the landlord.

She said something would be done and that she knew who it probably was.

Well a week later, it was still going on and the police were called.

The only suspects found were the maintenance, but Carol then denied it up and down; we pressed no charges, but were refunded and changed the locks ourselves under recomendation of the officers.

Since then, and before, it has taken at least two to three calls for maintenance requests to be fulfilled.

Things KEEP breaking and going down the drain.

I am behind leaseman007 on everything he wrote, it is ALL true.

This place is not well lit, and my husband is against me going out at night alone.

One night, he was going to his truck, and found someone going through his tool box.

He didn't catch him, but turns out this wasn't the first happening of that nature.

Now, we are being evicted because we wont clean up a STRAY cat's mess from around our apartment; it's not our cat, our problem, or our responsibility...as we've been told it IS.

Carol wanted proof of the cat, and we gave her pictures.

Guess real evidence doesn't matter anymore.

We feel cornered and are actually glad to move out and get a free way out of the lease, guess every thing happens for a reason.

All around: maintenance, MANAGEMENT, everything here, is way below average and I would not recommend or condone anyone to move here...you can't tell a book by its cover! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
