I went with my sister yesterday to look at this complex, and after the tour we left. They are curently tearing down the building that burned in July, and the have asbestos warning on the fence surrounding it, directly across from the office! There was no visible wheelchair access to the office, and there was darn little wheelchair access anywhere else. FYI, the are requiring all renters to carry a $300,000.00 liability coverage, due to the fire in July!!! Mind you they had no sprinkler system in that building, nor the 2 we looked at!
