The management/maintenance sucks at Heritage Trace. They came and taped up the fire alarms and lighting in my building in September 2006. I called to find out why and I was informed it was because they were going to pressure wash. Well, here it is going on a year later, and nothing has been pressure washed. Tenants put trash bags outside their doors for days at a time (I've seen as many as four outside one apt.) and nothing is done, despite my calling the office several times. They have not bothered to put out any mulch/pinestraw this year, which would at least cover up the cigarette buts in the flower beds. I even called the office in Florence and that did absolutely no good. To top it all off, Sandra, the so-called manager is a beeeeeotch from h**l.
