i been a happy tanent for over a yr / but you have to mail the payment to the apt headoffice in Florence SC

i have not missed a payment in a year , on dec 2nd i mailed a chk - today on dec 11th i was going through my chking account and noticed that chk had not been cashed by management / my first thoughts were that mail got missplaced / i called the local office , i was given # for head office in Florence sc , i called the # and found out that they had recived the chk but i had forgotton to sign the chk , so they had sent the chk back to me / well the only problem is that i am on vacation in Georgia right now -- they were gonna evice me tommorow without talking to me -- given the i made a mistake not signing the chk , but i think it was irrisponsible on their part not to contact me on the only # they have , my cell #

i spoke to manager and he said to mail chk today and they were not gonna take any actions , given the unique situation ...

anyways ..point is , if i had not chkd my chking accoutn they would have evicted me -- not fair on their part not to contact me ...anyways i am thankful to god that i cought it be4 it was too late....
