Huntington Downs is nice, but the management staff leaves something to be desired. The manager could care less if anything is done to accomodate any requests, and don't have any unforseen accidents in your apartment because you will have to pay so much in repairs you could have bought your own home! I lived in another Berkshire property and after paying a hefty pet deposit, they tried to charge me for the carpet which they claimed was "destroyed beyond repair". When I did research I found out the carpet was six years old when I moved in! No to mention it was nasty and dirty. I didn't make a big fuss about it because I did have two pets. Just watch out before renting here or at any Berkshire property!
