I currently live there right now and I have to say that I used to love it until a storm came through recently and one to the huge trees fell over onto both my truck and motorcycle. (I was later told that that the trees weren't trimmed proberly.) But anyways, they didn't even offer to pay for the damages. Almost $3000 worth. All I asked them to do was pay for the deductable for both because it was their tree and it caused a big inconvenience to me. Missing work and no bike for a month during the summer. They don't even respond. Really crappy customer service if you ask me. Doesn't seem like they care if your happy or not.

I actually got the bike fixed andt had it back for about a month and it was stolen off of the property. I had 3 locks on it and parked it under a spot light. Awesome community....yeah right!
