Since Sealy took over the place has gone down hill. They have a sink hole thats been opened for 8 months the pond has been drained. When ask when they were going to fix they could not say but our home office knows about it.
The other owners fix everything quickly not Sealy.

Moving out do to this.

Fi and i have lived here for 2.5 years and hate it luckily he has a job transfer so we are getting out of the lease!!! Everything that you put is true, we have a lake view and it looks more like a mud pit right now!!! and they are trying to make us pay market price for the apt for moving out sooner, do not recommend!!!

They used to have addendums if you were to buy house or relocate for job. Sealy did away with that so you are obligated to stay whole lease. They won't bend. That's not good. They should let those who live on lake take a discount for having to look at that mess. It's horrible and bugs everywhere.

CoryG, the company that used to own Huntington did take care of the property and I am sure that if the collapse had happened while they owned it, it would not have taken them over 8 months to repair it. Having people look at a problem is not enough. You need to have someone fix it. What takes 8 months? 1 month, 2 months, even 3 months I could understand... but 8 months, NO WAY!

pcmills, it did take a while but it is currently being fixed.
