I used to rave about this place and try to get others to lease here. It was so well kept and landscaping gorgeous. Now that Sealy has, it has definitely gone to dogs. Landscaping is no where near as pretty. They don't seem to take pride like other management company...probably Sealy is trying to save a buck. I agree about pond. It's drained and ugly more than we enjoy it. I hate to look outside at it. It's just an eye sore. It's got weeds and grass growing in it now and probably bug and snake infested. Sink hole in parking lot is huge and they hadn't fixed in like forever. Why' Our dumpster is usually overflowing. I feel so sorry for those who live near it and have to deal with that.

You HAVE to have renter's insurance to live here. Isn't that a personal choice' They don't want to be liable for anything. Office staff is rude. I try not to go there unless no choice. I don't even feel welcome and feel like they are snobby and too busy for my questions. All they are concerned in getting more renters. If you're already here, then they don't care as much.

It takes an act of congress to get anything done.....ie paint, carpet anything. I've lived here a good while and they act like I'm asking for the moon when I ask if I can have my apt. painted. I need it so bad. You should see my walls. It's been a long long time. They won't do it. I swear I don't get it. I got tired of asking and they refuse, so I can't take the ugliness of needing paint and ugly bathroom/kitchen fixtures that I've decided to finally move. When I asked if I could have my apt painted their response was that some guy had lived there 12 years and they've never painted his so why am I complaining. Wow, what an answer. Don't apts usually give you some type updates when you re-sign the lease each year' Well, I've signed many. I just don't get how they operate.

It used to be a nice place and it takes a lot for me to be so negative about a place, but please don't do it. After my lease is over, I'm moving. There truly is so much better out there.

I've been there a long while but would rather not say how long. They might figure out who I am and give me a hard time when I go to leave.

Now I read we have sex offender. Yikes! They are near me too. No more walking in alone at nights for me.

They really need to do updates. They've never since I've been there. Ugly wallpapers, fixtures, etc. With so much competition, I hope they update soon. They need to spend some money and stop being cheap if it's business they want.

It's sad when the most I can say about a place is that it has ample parking. Fine and dandy but even the ample parking lot has cracks all in pavement.

I wonder why they hadn't fixed that sinkhole yet? I don't understand why it should take so long. yeah, that looks really nice having those orange cones sitting out there. Between that and stink in dumpster and sex offender, etc. etc.
