Roaches, mold, no windows, dark apts, office staff refuses to help you or to upgrade.
If you don't care much but just need a place to stay, then perhaps it's ok.
Lots of plumbing problems and floods in apts.

That is far from the truth, and its just like people to leave an Anonymous name when they have something bad to say. I love it here I have not had any of the problem you are talking about.

I have been living here for 2 years. The rent is almost crazy for the living conditions. there is mold growing in almost every bathroom. The lighting is very dark and makes the house damp. When wanting to move to a diffrent apartment the office wanted to charge me a $200.00 fee to move to a diffrent location within Huntington Downs. AND YES; THERE ARE ROACHES!!!!!--- i didn't move with them and refuse to live with them. Like he said, if you just need it to lay your head it should be perfect for you.
