If your thinking about moving into Huntington Downs I would look eles where, I have been here for 5yrs. and this yr. they have raised my rent 100.00 I have never heard of such a thing. Sealy took over a year ago and it has been going down hill ever since, the kitchens are very old and the bathrooms, the office staff is not very friendly and they don't care. There has been alot of breakin in apt. as cars. Thank God my lease is up and I can get the hell out of here we also have a sex offender living here how great is that for those who have children. I would strongly urge you to look eleswhere.

After you sign lease, that's it. They stop caring....no updates, mold, leaks, awful plumbing, no light, dark apts., unkeep not too good, etc. Sad that this huge apt. complex has such bad customer service. Not professional at all....never has been actually.
