WHERE DO I START I WAS MOVING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND THE LAST TENANTS DID NOT PAY THEIR ELECTRIC BILL SO I COULD NOT TURN MINE ON THE OFFICE CALLED AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD LEAVE SPARE KEYS UNDER THE FURNISHED APARTMENTS MAT, TO MY SURPRISE AFTER 16 HOURS OF DRIVING AND LATE AT NIGHT THE KEYS DID NOT WORK IN THE DOOR I HAD TO SLEEP IN A COLD DARK APARTMENT ON THE FLOOR WITH NO HEAT OR LIGHTS I HAVE DELT WITH BARKING DOGS, DRUG DEALERS, AND LATE NIGHT PARTIES, I MOVE THIS SATURDAY
