If only Mr.Sealy himself cud just surprise some of these properties and these so called managers he has running these large investments he has,he wud close the doors to all of them.He has very inexperienced women running the offices and they run through staff like peolpe do the weekly newspaper(everyday)almost u see a new face and it is all to cover the mangers Humugeous mistakes but i am sure soon Mr.Sealy will wise up and see what a mistake he has made and in hopes for him it won't be to late before he goes bankrupt.But i have yet to see the first property where the manager will step up to the plate and say,it is my fault we r not renting but,instead it is put on the manitaince first,or the vendors or even the leasing,but never it goes to the real coprporates(THE MANAGERS)And some of the maintance supervisors they have is a complete joke,it's to bad that Mr.Sealy himself isn't able to visit each of his properties and spend time with the office staff and the maintance,i am sure he wud have a empty apartment complex before it was all over with,so much saddness for a man who has worked so hard to have what he has and to watch it all just be stripped away from inexperienced managers and maintance.

I agree with u i had a friend who lived on one of their properties and her lease was up last month and she said she would never reccomend none of Sealy's prperties to anyone,is anything she would forewarn them,she said if she had to make a decision again beforehand,she would live in a dumpster with the rats,now that is bad!!!!!!!

I find it funny that adults can act as silly as children. And spell just as bad. Who is going to take you seriously when you spell would "wud". You are appparently uneducated and ignorant. You got fired and for good reason. If you can't do your job right, don't blame others in this company who are trying to really hard to make everyone happy. This is a great property and the staff here are great. Of course there are problems, but there will be problems at every commmunity that you go to. Suck it up, stop being a child and move on with your life.
