I have lived at Hunting Downs for 1yr. *******Do not move here ******************
*Mold in the windows. They covered the mold with paint.
*Where the windows shut little mits creeps into your house and bite you all over. The pest control come to spray, which does not do any good because you end up bombing the place. You can almost pull the wood from the wall.
*Tubs: When I move in was dirty as ever. I asked if it could be reglazed, they told me no and to clean it with comet. That ---- don't work. Comet, grease lighting, orange clean and etc. That's embedded dirt!
*NOT to mention being on the ground floor doesn't help at all. Damn, neighbors have a dog that barks all the time. Plus,maintenance rarely come fix things so, there dumb asses had a broken dishwasher that they still ran, although it did not work properly which caused them to have nasty wet carpet, which caused my ceiling to leak water. I now have a water damaged ceiling that they suppose to have sent someone to fix but never did.
*If you have pets Huntington Downs is the place for you!************
* I had a package sent to me from ebay, our sorry mail lady did not leave a note telling me where she put it. Supposily in a parsel locker... Not! I went to the office and asked was it there but it wasn't. I waited almost two months and the package was in the office the whole time.
* You will probably receive your neighbors mail all the time, like I did.
