I think some of the people who have complaints are ex-employees or ex-residents who were probably late on their rent and got kicked out because, god-forbid, they took responsibility for themselves. And look at the summaries..bad vocabulary, misspelled words..obviously ignorant people. I've been here for three months now and haven't had any problems whatsoever.It's a very safe community, the apartments themselves are set up nice, and my appliances are relatively new. For the few minor problems I did have, maintenance was here within 24 hours and had everything taken care of in no time. The staff is very knowledgable and courteous. I think people get back from what they give out. So if you are an idiot with a "me me me attitude" you don't deserve courtesy. So take it from someone who is living here now. Huntington Downs is a really nice place to live.
