My family also had health problems... wish I knew the names of the other people that were having these problems, together there is something that we can do. It is amazing the information that the management will give to you if you just sit back and listen.(Yes, I do have this documented, on tape) I hope that all of those who shared info are thinking very hard on the things they said about tenants(past and present). The turnover here is unbelievable both for tenants and employees. Do you think this is a problem' I tried to give everyone there the benefit of the doubt but they all proved wrong. I wish I would have read the reviews before moving to this place... I definately agree with the black mold, that was NEVER taken care of after many complaints. Not a safe or clean place to live! They claim to have security officers, this is a joke, they do not respond to calls. I also agree with the bug problem, which I continuously called about... still had bugs! They still owe us money b/c they are not capable of simple math. The water bills are not accurate. I do plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau to file complaints against the apartment complex, Sealy as a whole and the water company NW&P. I did try to handle this in the "proper" order first the assistant manager, then the property manager, I even called directly to Sealy in Alabama but they never returned my calls either. Not very good business... so the word is being spread. I have not only told most people that I have contact with but I also told my realtor, who is a top-selling agent with Coldwell Banker Caine and she nor her company will be sending anymore customers in the direction of Huntington Downs. I am sure that this sounds like another person that Huntington Downs/Sealy has irritated and yes I am. You do not have to trust my opinion if you choose, you are more than welcome to see for yourself. Just make sure you go ahead and bend over when you get there... you will need to before you leave!

I agree with the water bill statement. It is never right, and they do not credit your payment properly. Not only does Sealy not return your calls, neither do the office staff. When you call for a problem you are having, it takes days for the problem to be solved. These things never happened with the other office staff members nor the maintance guys.
