Yes the mold is a problem they just pait over it. Bld 6 on lower level is one of the worse buildings. They do not fix anything wright. They are slumlords they don't fix anything. Fountain in pond broken for the last 6 months. Garbage compactor always broken, Tennis courts have cracks in them 4 inch wide and have been like that for years I understand. It is so dark around the building it is no wounder channel seven crime tracker report rate this place a the 2 highest in crime in Greenville Don't belive just look for yourself or live there and you will be a victom yourself. Everything is old and breaking. Management cares about no one it show employees don't even stay. Our lease is almost up and were moving out of this hole.
