I moved out of Huntington Downs in August of this year. I had several problems that were never addressed by maintenance. Maintenance always said they werent getting the work orders, and the office staff always claimed that they were turning them in. A huge problem for this property seems to be mold I had it under my Kitchen sink and several of my neighboors complained of the same issue. When you speak to the comminity manager you feel like it is in one ear and out the other. On numerous occasions I was promissed a return call and never got it. It was a horrible experience all around, we had to raise cain just to get our AC filter replaced. If you look around you can get a lot better value for your money.
