we are in a drought, but they are watering the pinestraw. there are dead trees and bushes, trash everywhere. and for the record, it wont take much for that tree leaning against the dumpster to fall and kill someone. another tree is about to fall along the driveway near the dumpster. they know about it and dont do anything about it. used to be a nice place, its turning into a real tenement. they had the nerve to raise the rents. how long before we have gangs here.
