What can be said' First off, the original management kicked A&&! Now, with the exception of one lady (who was on the end tail of the original staff)management has gone downhill. No one returns phone calls, you get attitude if you (god forbid) actually voice a problem. I addressed a problem to one of the women(who will remain nameless, let's just say she's pretty tall)and although I didn't expect her to act like all sunshine and smiles (hey, I'm sure they're probably trained to act like that, but I get it..we're all human..we can't always be happy) I at least expected her to talk to me face to face. She started responding to my problem, and then finished by turning around and walking away..while still talking!! Trust me dear, you're #1 on everyone's list that has a problem with management! That aside, there is trash thrown around the grounds. Dogs go to the bathroom, and no one bothers to pick it up. There was a serious bug problem this summer no one took care of after several phone calls (we had to buy insect traps), and not in our building parking area, but I've seen cars with no tags. What is going on' Does anyone read these reviews' Does the head management at Sealy even care' Do they know what's going on here, or how their employees are handling it' Please PLEASE bring back the original management staff, where things got done, the tenants were listened to, and no one had to worry about living in a place that's slowly turning into a ghetto!
