Since moving in 2 years ago, I have been appalled by the lack of customer service provided by management. Notices are taped to resident doors and very last-minute or even after the fact. We've been waiting for a year for very simple repairs to be completed. Our carpet - which is white - is a complete mess. Cheap, white carpeting is not the most practical thing to lay on the floors of rental units.
