This apartment is terrible. The staff has no idea how to run an apartment complex; they don't ever answer the phone, but when you leave a message they never get back to you. If you do get a hold of them to let them know you have a problem, it is almost NEVER taken care of. When we first moved in, my husband and I went through the apartment and listed everything that was wrong with it, small or big. We came up with 29 things, 6 of which were fire hazards and 4 of which have caused us major heating and cooling costs. My husband and I do not smoke, yet the apartment ALWAYS smells of musty, old cigarette smoke; there is nothing to be done to get the smell out, either. It is VERY noisy; on so many occasions that I've lost count, my two-year old daughter and I have both been woken up at ANY hour by very loud music or partying in the parking lot outside our complex. The only thing I have to say about this apartment complex is this: When our lease is up next month, we are OUT of here; I'm only glad that they didn't charge any kind of deposit, because I will do NOTHING to make this place look nice when I leave.
