There are so many things wrong with this complex...complete lack of maintenance, for starters. They're renting to younger people, so there's a constant noise problem, people hanging out on the stoop at all hours yelling profanity. Cars drive through with stereos blasting. There have been break-ins and a shooting. Management does not care at all. They have ONE "courtesy officer" to service ALL seven or eight of their properties, which means they take an hour or more to investigate a complaint. We were relieved to get out of there alive and feel sorry for anyone still stuck in their lease. Ever since Stephen D. Bell & Co. bought the complex, it's gone completely downhill. The only "improvement" they've made in 3 years was new roofs and paint on the walkways. It's dangerous, poorly-lit, and completely overpriced. We had ants on the third floor!!! Property management will file for eviction if you attempt to resolve maintenance issues by withholding rent. There are plenty of better-priced developments in Greenville and surrounding areas that are quiet, cater to families, and are a MUCH better value than this dump!

I completely agree! As a former tenant that would NEVER move back to Magnolia Run, and ESPECIALLY not recommend it to any of my friends, I can confidently say that this review is not biased in any way. I wish there were some way to prevent people from moving there in the future; if they only knew what they would be getting themselves into, they would look elsewhere!!
Besides the noise of all the inconsiderate tenants, it's RIGHT next to 385 which means that all the highway noise is present as well. My husband and I couldn't have been happier when our lease was up and we could get out of there!
PLEASE look elsewhere at the hundreds of other complexes in the area and do not give your money to these incompetents!!
