I have lived in this community for a year and a half. I have been in three different apartments in this community. I am dissatisfied with the amenities. I pay for a controlled access/gated community. I haven't had this amenity in 7 months. The management has told me that it will be fixed month after month. I renewed my lease with the understanding that the gate would be fixed within the month. That was 4 months ago. The apartment finder advertises a fitness facility. We have a fitness room, but only half of the equipment works. It's very difficult to deal with the management.
