I lived there for two years. The staff was courteous. Repairs and noise problems were taken care of promptly. Grounds were immaculate.
The complex is conveniently located near interstates, a 24 hour Walmart and a variety of restaurants. Be aware that traffic on Woodruff Road is an issue and that construction on I-385 into Greenville will be ongoing for the next two years.
The location is not well suited for active children as there are no parks or recreational facilities nearby. Bike riding and running in the area is hazardous.
This was also the first apartment I have lived in where I had to pay for water.
