I was at the Paddock Club visiting a relative. I was buzzed in and as I proceeded through the gate, it closed and damaged my car. First of all, I couldn't get in touch with anyone after hours even though there is an emergency number. I had to wait until Monday morning. I then call the Highway patrol who advised me there were several other incidents similar to this. I finally was able to get in touch with the management who told me it was not their responsibility to fix my car. I understand mistakes and malfunctions happen but to tell someone who was visiting, "Im sorry it is not our responsibility, you are on your own". That is such crap. I was simply a visitor. The relative I was visiting who lives there was also treated so rudely when she went to stand up for me that she wants to move. I will never visit this place again and if anyone asks about it, I will tell them of my experience. Good luck if the gate hits your car also to the residents, management is sad.

I have lived at the Paddock Club for almost a year now, the gate will NOT hit your car if you are buzzed in. You obviously tried to follow somebody in the complex and the gate closed on you. It is your own fault for being a dumbass
