The management is very nice. The amenities are excellent and well kept, but yes the fitness room is very small. The entrance/office landscaping is better than the interior landscape, but it is maintained regularly.
The model apartment looks very nice, but the unit I received needed much repair. I was not able to view the apartment until my move-in date and the kitchen flooring had many holes and should have been replaced. The appliances were outdated and dirty, carpet was stained, bathroom was not fully cleaned and had an foul odor, and both doorways to the apartment were of poor quality or installation. If their was a wind, the patio blinds would actually flap in the breeze with the door shut and locked. During the cold months I would always plug the gaps around the entrance door after I entered.
My car was also slightly damaged by the front gate closing on my car, but the property manager (Melissa) approved reimbursement for the damages after I submitted a repair estimate.
Overall not a terribly bad experience...but the apartment was in the $400-$450 bracket, definitely was not worth $550. I have since viewed comparable or better apartments for only $399-$474. Also when it comes time to sign the lease they tell you about the $10.00 pest control/trash fee and when you move out there is a $55.00 carpet fee that as explained to me is charged to everyone.
