Sure crime happens everywhere,but this place is above average. Way above! This place is a step up from a drafty shack. Management does not care. Extremely nice in the beginning, then signed my lease, and it was all over. Crime is way bad!!

I don't know how old you are but you sound like you're full of piss and vinegar. If you truly believe that you can live some place completely free of crime and noise, then by all means move and quit complaining. If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.
