Poorly planned design results in excess noise. Two-bedroom units "wrap around" the one-bedrooms. These do not appear to be fire-walls, I can hear everything my neighbors say. Whatýs worse, I can hear their expensive surround system at all hours. The poorly insulated walls also allow noise from the parking lot, and have led to recurring problems with the heating and cooling expenses. In all fairness, the maintenance staff have been prompt and courteous. However, there seems to be a constant turnover with the office staff; as such, they do not adequately address complaints. The complex claims to employ a courtesy officer, yet he also appears to be very inactive.
