TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I have been living at Stonesthrow for approx. a year and a half. The management always seems to have time to write and mass distribute childish warnings and accusations of lease violations, but never anytime to address any concerns relating to building upkeep (the building I live in is covered in mildew and algae) I have attempted to speak politely and professionally with the staff on numerous occasions, and am always greeted with the same "WE DON'T CARE" attitude. If you are considering renting here, be sure to take a look around the entire complex and not just the buildings they keep clean to show prospective tenants. This is not a complex you would want to live in if you are not willing to sign at least a years lease. (Be careful with their "market value" pricing for the apartments) If you are unable to stay for at least a year, they will jack the rent up like you would not believe. Also there are alot of drugs and domestic violence in this neighborhood. The police are out here constantly. Not a good place to live. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
