terrible insulation

the 3BR apartments with front and back balconies have terrible insulation in addition to two gigantio sliding glass door on both ends of the apartment... the a/c doesnt seem to work very well either and makes noisy sounds when it shuts down like things are falling in the water heater closet... if you resign your lease expect an increase in your rent also, due to b.s. reasons of "property tax increases and utility costs"... overall not worth the money
