We've been here for two years. The rent continues to increase while the quality decreases. There are people peeing in the parking lot. The maintainence person has loud beer drinking parties behind his apartment. They have had so many problems with crime that they hired a cop to sit in the parking lot of Friday and Saturday. Too bad it took him 40 minutes to respond, the one time we called the service. There is no insulation from noise of your neighbors. The fire ants are everywhere. We keep getting notices with threats of fines and eviction for pet violations left on all the doors yet twice in the last month the maintainence lady's dog has been on the loose just walking all over the complex. They are re-roofing now and bought some furniture for the pool but that doesn't help the real problems. We can't wait until our lease is up!

I thought I was reading my own review! My husband and I have only been here two months---two months too long! The noise, fighting and drug-dealing in the cul-de-sac: what a nightmare! Glad to know we have some neighbors that are obviously normal, decent people.
