My husband and I have lived here for a few months now and it has been wonderful. We have a pet and there isn't a better place to live b/c we can take walks on the trails... They clubhouse was recently remodeled and it's amazing and incredibly cozy. The fitness center, R-ball court, sauna, pool, etc are very well maintained so i can actually use them. It's great to have a washer and dryer in the apt!! Also, I had a couple minor things go wrong. Ex. The garbage disposal stopped working so i let management know and within 10-15 they were already responding. The maintenance and grounds crew are hard workers and very friendly. They are always working on something to make it better. I walked out a while back and they were power washing the sidewalks and halls. Also, we have a fireplace and it's so cozy when it rains to sit by the fire. We love our large balcony and they just hired some people to update so we have a brand new deck! Also, they are close enough to everything you may need:restaurants, grocery stores, the highway, etc. I can however think of only one con since we have been here. The neighbors below aren't just loud, that's a complete understatement. My walls shake b.c they turn their music up incredibly loud and we tried talking with them, but nothing has changed even after talking with management a few times. Every morning we are awakened at 6:00am Mon-Fri due to excessively loud music and they stay up until 2am sometimes with their music (young college students) The management and staff are professional so i believe that they will do what they can to fix the issues, it'll just take some time. Honestly, that is it, everything else has been pretty ideal and we love it here other than that. I would highly recommend these apts for anyone, especially for children and pets.

Well after reading the response , i realized that my review was not posted to to the correct complex, not even the same state. i was referring to Stonesthrow Apartments in Tualatin, oregon. I knew that we must have been referring to a different property b.c the trail is right next to the property and i go there daily and there's no fee to the pool to say the least. Thanks for the response or i would never have known that it was posted incorrectly. Good luck! I agree that it is important to talk to previous or current tenants before signing a lease...

The previous comment about this complex is a bunch of crap. I have lived here for 9 months and cannot wait until my lease is up. This review obviously came from the management staff. I have yet to find the walking trails you are talking about and I know for a fact there isnt a R-ball court. The maintenance staff shows up 3 DAYS later, and then they are rude and tell you that it is your fault. I would NOT recommend this to anyone wanting to live in Greenville. You should definately talk to anyone living here before you sign a lease. They will give you the honest rundown about their experiences. I ve yet to meet in person a tenant here that enjoys this complex. Also, good luck finding a parking spot in the evenings. As for the crappy pool, they charge $5 a person to use the pool facilities per day. The security guard has harassed us and tried to get us to do drugs with him. the office staff was notified about all of our complaints, but they have done nothing but take our rent money every month. I would rate Stonesthrow at the absolute bottom of the Greenville Apartment list. Unless you would enjoy living in a County dump site, I would steer clear of this complex.
