This property is actually three apartment complexes - two that were existing back in the mid-90's, and then a third section constructed later. I lived in the "Brookwood Valley" section in a 3BR. I had an overall very good experience here; my only complaint is that the walls in the Brookwood Valley section are very thin...we could always hear our upstairs neighbors flushing their toilets. No bug problems, even though I am allergic to the spray and never let them come in.
