I was new to the state and looked at EVERY apt in the guide book and then some. This place was great! Staff was wonderful, maitenance timely. No complaints, except that I had to move for school out of state. Would tell anyone to live here. Great floorplans, new appliances (and I lived in phase 1, while they were building the new ones.) Great price especially for what you get. Great location, next to a wonderful childcare and easy access to I385/I85 and malls. Only thing more I could've asked for was the pool to be open 24 hrs, since the weather is nice and its at the clubhouse and noone lives around it and would be bothered. It's where I'd live if I was moving back to SC.
