I loved living at the Terrace. I recently moved, only because I purchased my dream home. The Terrace at Butler was peaceful, beautiful apartment, private laundry room, large patio. I had great neighbors and enjoyed visiting from time to time with the office staff. They really care about the residents ... Doug takes good care of all the maintenance requests and the manager is fair and on the ball. I would recommend this community to anyone.
