Overall ideal location on great Eastside of Greenville. Price a bit on high side. Great looking property.
Should you have any problems - beware. Staff is unresponsive and unattentive. May be typical of apartment life. From the security gates not working, pool not kept clean during the summary, bugs, trash pick-up, to unresponsive staff of problems - does not make this property an ideal place to live.
This property would be full year round if managment would get their act together. Most residents are upscale business people - large influnce of German and French.
