From the onset, it appears to be a nice apartment community. In truth, it is poorly managed and the apartments are filthy! Our apartment had a horrible odor to it- GROSS. Some people allowed their dogs to go to the bathroom on their porch- that is really unpleasant. The outside/exterior stairs were always filthy with railing falling down and lights not working.
One of the (3) leasing agents was nice, the others- quite the opposite. Even the woman who was probably the manager was terribly un-friendly!
Additionally, the poor insulation allowed most heat to escape through the windows during the winter months.
