lets see here.
-walls are super thin/ you can hear everything beside you and above you
-ants/cockroaches in the bathroom
-cockroaches in stairways
-spiders in every room
-landscaping is in need of some major improvement
-apartment had not been cleaned before we moved in
-carpet was at the end of its life./ but we were told they wouldn't replace it
-walls had many marks on them/ when we were told it had been freshly painted
-the apartment smelled
-half of the blinds were white and half were yellow
-door knobs were rusted/ front door needed replaced b/c of many dints
-light bulbs were missing from bathrooms
-many people bring alcohol to pool after hours ,and get wasted
(too many to list)


On the other hand.
-Jason the manager did everything he could to help/ unlike the other women manager
-the pool/clubhouse/weight room is very nice
-neighbor was nice
-big apartment
-nice layout
