Good place to live. I've been here for 4 months and I've known ppl that have lived here for 2 years and none of us have had any problem. It's nice, new, and clean. The main problem that I have is that for a gated community - the gate never works! I've lived in several other communities and they have a great maintenance staff (although I haven't had any problems really since it's new) and their staff is nice. It' very dog friendly as well. It's also a great location - right off of Woodruff Rd, but on the backway of Roper Mtn Rd. Ext to avoid the traffic. Although they have their problems like anywhere else, this is a good place to live - If you have the cash. It is probably the most expensive place in Gville. At least the rate does include water & cable.
