I have lived at WC for 18 months. The apartment itself is spacious, tons of closet space, huge kitchen, nice black appliances, love the computer niche, nice storage on patio and both bathrooms in the two bedroom are HUGE!!!!! Lots of windows and natural light. One of the best floor plans I have seen and I have worked in the real estate industry for 20 years. A wonderful pet-friendly community. The maintenance staff is second to none. Dan and Howard are the BEST!!!! The office staff has changed since I first moved in but I couldn't ask for three nicer people. They are caring, considerate and always acknowledge any concern you may have. The grounds are well maintained and well lit. Now for the few cons: Some of the buildings have the ac units located right outside the master bedroom window on the first floor so the noise of the ac units cutting on and off throughout the night can be annoying. If you are a light sleeper do not get a unit on the first floor near the ac units. Also, the floors and walls are a little thin so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs outside your apartment. Parking is an issue only for a few buildings. The carpet cleaner they use does not do a very good job. The community provides pet stations but unfortunately you always have a few residents who do not pick up behind their pets which makes walking unpleasant for everyone. The pool is supposed to be closed at 10pm but most nights the gate is left open till much later which means you always have a few people who hang out at the pool making a lot of noise late at night. The clubhouse is beautiful, lots of resident activities, no tennis courts however. Overall, I would highly recommend this community. THANKS!!!!
