Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived there for 6 months from 2004-2005. I was awakened every night by my next door neighbor. I was told to call the police officer that patrols the area, but he never responded. I told the staff and they claimed they handled the problem. The person was rude and banged onthe walls out of spite. I was there in the winter months and my heat never worked. My unit was frozen solid and my windows was not sealed. My utility bill was outrageous and they agreed to pay half, but it was a one bedroom, very small and my bills was still over $100 a month. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Might as well buy a home or condo for the price!!!!
