When I rented over 1 year ago, the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and very easy to deal with. There has been a recent change in management, and the newest staff could not be more the opposite. It is truly unfortunate, as the prior staff made the community.

The security gate system is terrible. There is only one gate for tenants and visitors to use, and it creates a substantial amount of commotion in the entryway to the community. The design is so poor, the gate that lowers to allow only one car to pass at a time is broken off more than it is in place.

In addition, the tenant mix has changed dramatically over the past year. There are many more transient tenants, who appear to represent a different socioeconomic mix then previously. Again -- unfortunate.

I am certain that with all of the new apartment complexes in the Greenville/Simpsonville area, you can do much better!

wow. what happened to this place? i left right after managment changed and it seems like everything has tanked since then. what a shame.

Why did you move? If you don't live there anymore, how would you know how things are??
