I had a terrible experience renting from Walden Creek. The staff was extremely unhelpful, rude, and condescending. The complex has developed a business model around misleading tenants in order to extract extra rent.
They have a system of extending leases every six months and require adequate notice when you want to end your lease. We gave them over 60 days notice and they still claimed we had to pay an extra months rent! When we went to discuss the issue with them they were extremely rude and threatened us with going to debt collectors within days of our move-out date.
I would never recommend this complex to anyone.
