Beacon Ridge

5 Crystal Springs Road, Greenville, SC 29615

07/21/14 by anonymous: The location is central, however imagine trying to get anywhere from the intersection of Haywood Rd and Pelham Rd. Traffic is always bad. No one respects parking; handicapped spaces are normally filled by teenagers with no consequence. Illegally parked cars are not towed. One night, I witnessed a police officer go door-to-door and ask residents if they knew who's vehicle had been abandoned more

Great staff, always cheerful & encouraging! Maintenance does a superb job every time! I absolutely love utilizing the cardio lounge where I have been able over the last two months to jog & to be able to lose 25-30lbs. I love as well spending some time by the pool more

The Preserve at Woods Lake

04/28/14 by anonymous: The Preserve has been home for a little over six years and I certainly wouldn't be moving if it weren't for some life changing matters in my life. Location, location, location is one major factor not to mention the courtesy and efficiency of the staff on all matters. The Copeland floor plan is my choice with spacious windows and lighting. The grounds and landscape are maintained more

Terrace at Butler Apartments

771 East Butler Road, Greenville, SC 29662

11/11/13 by anonymous: The staff at Terrace at Butler made moving to a new state easier. Making living arrangements from out of state can be very stressful, but they made everything simple. I am generally not an apartment type person, but the Terrace at Butler felt more like a community than an apartment complex. There's events at the pool and clubhouse, balcony decorating contests, and much more. more
