Regency Park Apartment Community is a great place to live and a great value. Having lived in other areas across the country, this is by far, the best place to live in Greenwood. I have always looked for safe, upscale, and well maintained apartment living wherever I move. Regency Park offers all of the amenities of an upscale community in a larger city while providing a dedicated, personable staff and courtesy officer on site. Although the rent rates are slightly higher than the other options in Greenwood, they are substantially less ($200-$300) than other cities I have lived in. Also I can not believe how low my utility bills are. I don t know what they did when they built these apartments, but my utility bills have never been this low at the other places I lived. In my opinion, there really isn t anything else nearby that comes close to the amenities, quality, safety, cleanliness, and value of Regency Park.
