I lived here for only a couple of months and did not even use one of the rooms (sealed it off). I never hung anything on the walls and left the place in great condition. I am professional adult and did not cause damage. When I moved out, I was then accused of having pets as well as that I caused all this damage to the apartment including the walls -- that I NEVER hung anything up on!!! After several months of waiting to get my security deposit, I was told they were keeping it. And the security deposit is ONE month's rent. These people will do ANYTHING to get you in there and then STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

Bait and switch artists...schemers...swindlers. The owner George and the manager Tim work in cahoots to scam you. Don't be fooled by the southern charm or B.S. "sell job" they do on you. They will take you for every penny you got if you let them... What do they say, there is a sucker born every minute'
