I have no idea where the author of the review dated 08/14/09 is coming from! This is not the Regency Park that I lived in for two years! Who the heck "George" is I have no idea because I never saw, met or heard of a George owner or staff.
Doug the owner and Tim his manager, along with Lannie the maintenance guy were always there to help and did so freely and with good humour! When a tenant leaves, the apartment is cleaned and repainted by a happy crew of latino's always willing to help. Carpets are cleaned and in many instances replaced prior to reoccupation.

"Scam" I NEVER saw or heard of any Scam!!! Who ever this reviewer is, who claims to be a "Professional", well, I can only think he did something to his apartment and if so,therefore rightly lost his deposit. I did put stuff "Up on the Walls" and my deposit was refunded very soon after my departure. Oh and by the way, I am also a Professional Person!
Regency Park is fair, reasonably priced, clean and safe. Every apartment is allocated a parking place close to your building, if you have 2 cars there is always somewhere else to park. Lannie and his crew perform regular maintenance not only of the apartment structures but also the environs. Doug and Tim are always looking around and ensuring the comfort of their clients.
Doug, Tim, Lannie: You are deserving of high praise; you looked after us and you run an impeccable establishment. Well done!!!
