I would live here!! I have lived here the last 3 years and we like it, ALOT!!! Tim, the manager, Doug (Not George) the owner and Lanny take good care of you! They are Very Fair about everything! This is the nicest place to live in Greenwood! I highly recoomend it!!

We love Regency Park Apartments We have lived at Regency Park for almost one year. It is great. The management are easy to deal with and very resident friendly. The pool is great and not a noisey mob scene. We recommend these apartments to everyone.

Great Community I lived at Regency Park for about 3 years. Work has since taken me to a different state, but I wanted to give a review. First of all, the staff was great. They were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. If something wasn t right, they fixed it.
