I lived in this community for 2 months.

The management is unprofessional, do not return calls, do not take care of their tenants.

We?ve had roaches, loud music, people parking on the handicap spots to clean their cars (and the music ON), gates almost never work (I have never used my ID cards to get in or out of the community because of the gates being wide open late in the evening).



When I moved in, I did the "as-is" move-in inspection, I could not find any more space to write down the problems, so I had to turn the form and work on the back side.

I turned it in and I am still waiting for someone to come and fix the issues.

The equipment inside the apartment is not well kept.



And there is always the bimonthly letter to the tenants stating that there is too much noise, people are not parking on the correct places, etc.

From a business perspective, the letters were not professional, but to a childish audience.
