i have lived at ashton woods for 2 years. i read the bad reviews because i was curious about their unfortunate experience. i would say that their experiences are excetpions to the rule because i have truly enjoyed living here. the staff are wonderful and the maintenance crew even more so. they always seem to be doing something to try and improvelicing - new activities - one day i came home and my front door had a new knocker, base plate, and numbers - they paint the outside hall often so it is always looking clean and fresh, a landscaping team keeps the grounds looking nice, the gates sometimes do not work, but that is mainly because visitors of residents try to sneak through behind someone and break the gate. the renovations done in the last year are beautiful and its location as far as convenience and access is great. give this place a chance - you won't regret it.
